An On-Demand Order allows you to request custom or special items not currently available on our website. Whether it’s a specific size, colour, quantity, or a completely new product — we’ll do our best to source or create it for you.

How It Works

Fill in the form below with details about the item you’d like. Please be as detailed as possible — including product type, dimensions, materials, colour, quantity, and preferred delivery timeframe.

Our team will assess your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours with pricing, availability, and an estimated delivery date.

Payment & Processing

Once you approve the quote, we’ll send a secure payment link. Upon receiving payment, we’ll begin processing your order.

Delivery

Your item will be delivered to your chosen address within the agreed timeframe. You’ll receive tracking details once it has been dispatched.
